Shop Terms and Conditions

The following Shop Terms and Conditions (“Shop Terms”) will apply between you and Stag and Bull when you place an order with www.stagandbull.com. They do not affect your statutory rights.
SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCTS
Every care is taken to describe and illustrate the products as accurately as possible. If we discover an error in the price or description of any products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it.
Orders will be charged to your account when you check out. All credit and debit card payments are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer does not authorise payment, your order will be cancelled and Stag and Bull will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
You will receive confirmation of your order in an email. Please check all the details on this confirmation email are correct.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
Standard UK delivery charge: £3.00
Please note the following processing times for your order.
Orders placed between the 1st and the 15th of the month will be processed and despatched by the 25th of that month.
Orders placed between the 16th and the last day of the month will be processed and despatched by the 10th of the following month.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been despatched.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
As our products are made to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given.
Please contact us in the event there is an issue with the goods you receive. Email a description of the problem along with a photo to email@example.com.
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We will bill you the same time each month based on your original sign up date.
If for some reason your recurring payment fails, you will receive an email and be asked to check your billing information by logging in to your customer account. The charge is attempted again after five days, and then for a final time five days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, the order and subscription are cancelled.
To cancel your subscription at any time, you can login to your account or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days before your renewal date and we will do it for you. After cancellation, you will not be charged for any subsequent months but you will receive a final delivery if you have already been charged for that month.
These Shop Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute you have which relates to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update our Shop Terms from time to time. When we post changes, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this Shop Terms and Conditions page. If there are material changes to the Shop Terms we will describe the changes.
